Routes to Resolution

Routes to Resolution™ is designed to support the development and implementation of a Resolution Framework. The Resolution Framework replaces traditional discipline and grievance procedures.

Our expert trainers equip delegates with the skills and strategies to identify the most appropriate route to resolution in each case. The options can vary from early resolution meetings, coaching, restorative conversations, mediation, or an investigation.

Triage Training

We offer Triage Training for participants to learn to use the triage assessment process within the Resolution Framework™.  This material is also covered in Routes to Resolution™ and is designed specifically for those who will be managing the triage process within an organisation, without the more detailed context of the Resolution Framework™.

Resolution Champions

This 2-day course has been developed to equip your selected Resolution Champions to provide impartial information, advice and guidance to colleagues involved in both early and
formal conflict resolution processes. The course, based on our unrivalled understanding of workplace mediation, will enable delegates to develop a theoretical understanding of the causes of conflict whilst practicing essential conversational skills and emotional intelligence to support their colleagues.

Quality Conversations

A failure to hold effective, good quality conversations is one of the most common causes of conflict, often escalating to the level where a formal response is required.

On this Quality Conversations training course, delegates learn how to navigate the complex maze of having difficult conversations, managing performance, and giving bad news.
