When we launched the world's first Resolution Framework™ in 2013, we knew that it was a game changer. We have spent the past ten years refining it and we are delighted to provide access to the award winning Resolution Framework™ in an open source format. TCM's Resolution Framework™ has been adopted by the BBC, KPMG, Burberry, NEXT PLC, NHS England, NHS Wales Aviva, Nationwide BS, Capgemini, TSB Bank, easyJet, Virgin Atlantic and numerous NHS Trusts, councils, universities and police forces.

By making it available opensource, we are sharing our ground breaking Resolution Framework for FREE with any organization in the UK and globally.  Using our tried and tested Resolution Framework™ template, organizations are able to adapt the Framework to meet their unique needs and circumstances. As you would expect, there are some conditions which allows us to offer over 20 years of expertise and development for free:

  1. Users of The Resolution Framework™ must sign an end user license stating that the Framework will only be used for internal purposes and will not be shared, sold or profited from.
  2. Organisations which adopt our Resolution Framework™ must reference The TCM Group as the source and the owner of the Intellectual Property.

 

With over ten years of refinement, testing and finessing, TCM’s ground-breaking Resolution Framework is now available on an opensource basis.
